Q1:Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. we ships to most of 100 countries. And we are working on expanding the shipment regions. If you are not clear about shipment, please send an email to support@jisulife.com for enquiry.

Q2:Is free shipping on JISULIFE products?

Yes, we provide free shipping on JISULIFE products if you purchase on JISULIFE Shopify Official Store.

Q3:What payment methods are accepted?

We support credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and shop pay for payment. If you have questions about payment, please send an email to support@jisulife.com for consulting.

Q5:Do I need an account to place an order? 

An account is not needed to place an order. However, your email address or mobile number will be needed to place an order, to keep you informed on the status of your order.

Q1:How long will it take to get my package?

The general packages will take 5-12 days for shipping. If your package is affected by force majeure, please send email to support@jisulife.com for help. 

Q2:How can I track my order?

We will provide you with tracking information after shipping with SMS. You can click this link and insert your tracking number and carrier to track your order. 

Q3:Is there a return policy on my product?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q4:How can I cancel my order or change the color ?

Please email support@jisulife.com as soon as possible if you wish to change color or cancel your order. We will do our best to honor your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request(s).

Q5:Is there a warranty on my product?

Yes, there' s a one-year warranty for your JISULIFE Products. Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective, JISULIFE will (at its sole option) repaire or replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of JISULIFE and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
